Anny Yin, Music & Art

Ms. Anny Yin is a dedicated professional who has received multiple awards for scholarship, teaching, and piano accompaniment.  She also is a caring, creative teacher who plans fabulous lessons. Before starting to teach with us in August 2014, Anny had previous experience teaching music, piano, dance, and Chinese.  She earned her B.A. and M.A. in Music Education while living in Shandong, China and continued her studies by enrolling in an Advanced Certificate Program in Music Education at the College of Saint Rose in Albany.

Laura Xiaolan Rong, Language & Culture

Ms. Laura Rong is a bright, passionate, award-winning educator. She is especially happy to have the opportunity to be in the classroom again and to share this learning environment with young children, including her daughter and son. She has an M.S. in Educational Technology (Pace University) and an M.A. in English Language and Literature (Tianjin Foreign Language Institute). She has taught in New York, Vermont, and China, where she is a certified teacher.
